MESSAGE OF THAQALAYN  (UK ed.)
ISSN 2045-1040
A Quarterly Journal of Islamic Studies

The field of Shi‘i Islam requires greater attention as the ongoing demand for its literature in the English language have become increasingly common.  With this in mind, we are pleased to announce the publication of Message of Thaqalayn, a quarterly journal of Islamic studies, to provide readers with a rich source of Islamic information derived from a wide variety of fields within the Islamic scope.

The concern of Message of Thaqalayn is to present the teachings of Islam in general and the School of the Ahlul Bayt in particular with complete honesty and accuracy.  It aims to emphasize the common ground that binds all Muslims together to establish genuine, enduring, and intimate friendship between all those who believe in God.

Message of Thaqalayn aims to be a primary publication for academics and laypeople.  The journal is not affiliated with any single organization or academic society.  MOT is intended to enrich readers, both Muslim and non-Muslim, with the vast amount of Islamic research derived from both Farsi and Arabic Islamic texts.  It features articles that cover a broad spectrum of Islamic thought, ranging in topics pertaining to dialogue, history, Shi’a personalities, Islamic law, Qur’an and hadith studies, doctrines and contemporary issues, spirituality, and revered Muslim women.
